4″ iPhone Coming Feb 2016?

A new 4″ iPhone is heavily rumoured to be launching in early 2016, probably February.
The device is expected to resemble the iPhone 5s but with much improved internal components.
The processor will be bumper to the A9 and Apple Pay will be on board.

Is a 4″ iPhone of interest to you? Are the current iPhone 6s and 6s Plus too big?
