Alcatel Worldwide – Provider ID or SECRO

Unlock your Alcatel phone by just its imei number and some other brief information.
Service supports all models from any network around the world.
Simply enter your phones imei and Provider ID or SECRO.

To find your phones provider ID remove the battery and look on the imei label, the ID will be 7 characters long as in the following picture:

If you are unable to find the provider ID you can enter the phones SECRO instead.
To find your phones SECRO power on your phone and type *#837# or *#3228#.
A screen will then appear with a list of codes, scroll through the list until you find the code beginning with X such as XW730AD0.

When your request is completed you will be sent the unlocking code and it will be available in your order history.
